Please be careful on the streets at night. There has been a rise of organized crime recently. Don't go out alone if you can help it and if you see anything or hear anything, please report it to your nearest koban. I promise you that we are doing everything we can to make sure that our streets are safe.


We have some information from a reputable source. There is a shipment of guns coming into Tokyo Harbor. We are working to locate the warehouse. When we do, myself and members of the Organized Crime Unit, along with SWAT will perform a raid. In the next week, we will be doing mock practices at the range and I will be reviewing infiltration processes.

I know Genichirou. But if we can get the guns off the street before it gets worse, I'll consider that a small victory in a larger battle. If it makes you rest easy, we can plan the raid together, so that you're abreast of all our plans.
