Calls from home

Got a call from home. Seems that Chidori is going to be in Tokyo with the ballet for a little. I know she doesn't want to see me and that she probably hates that she has to dance on the mainland, even for a little, but I want to go and see her.

I need to see if I can get tickets and if I can, if I can get them for a night I'm not working a double.

Really? I didn't know. I would enjoy spending some time with your family. Would you come? Or is it too stuffy for you?

You mean you don't wish to subject your parents to me for a few hours. But I'm glad you're willing to go. This will be the first time in years I'll be able to watch my sister. She might hate me, but I've never stopped caring.

You know... It's been a while since I've been to a ballet. Why don't you check your schedule and I'll get some tickets. If I arrange this carefully, I might be able to produce a double date out of it~
