Typhoon Neoguri

Typhoon Neoguri slammed into Okinawa yesterday. It got hit pretty hard. Sustained wind of 79 mph and a peak gust of 118 mph. 27 inches of rain in the last day. Widespread power outages. Even more damage. I can't contact my family as cell service is down due to the storm.

I need to go home.

Genichirou... It's not possible. It's going to make landfall here in a few days. I need to be home. But I also need to be here. And it's killing me that I can't be in both places.

I still can't reach anyone. Genichirou... tell me they're fine. Tell me they're okay until I can get down there and see for myself that they are. And keep telling me it on the way down, since the ferry takes a day to get there.
